For indecisive buyers and damaged goods situations:

Return period: Customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery to request a return — in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. If it looks used, refund might not be accepted.

How to request: Contact us via email or form with order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.

Return shipping cost: If the product is defective or wrong, we cover shipping both ways. If it's buyer’s remorse, return shipping is on the customer.

Refund processing: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Defective items: We’ll replace defective items at no cost.
